  1. 7-Day Return Window for Non-Custom Items

We offer a 7-day return window for any non-custom or non-personalized items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. 60-Day Warranty Policy

We offer a 60-day warranty for any defects due to production, broken chains, or incorrect customizations. If you encounter any issues with your purchase within 60 days from the date of delivery, we will repair the item at no additional cost to you.

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return or request a repair under our warranty policy, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. We may request photos of the item to assess the issue before providing a return label. Once you receive the return label, please send the item back to us for repair or refund, as applicable. Note that we are not responsible for lost items during the return process.

  1. Exclusions and Limitations

Our warranty does not cover personalization errors made by the purchaser. If an error occurs on your end during the customization process, we will not be able to provide a repair or replacement under our warranty policy. Additionally, all custom orders are final and cannot be returned.

  1. Issues Outside of the 60-Day Warranty

If you experience any issues with your purchase beyond the 60-day warranty period, you may purchase our return/exchange item on our website to address the issue. Please note that additional terms and conditions may apply.
